This policy applies to all services including but not limited to business analysis, growth strategy consulting, bottleneck identification, digital reports, and any other consulting services provided by StrategyTab.

What This Means

  • All payments made for StrategyTab services are final and non-refundable
  • Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances with mutual agreement
  • Any refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated case-by-case
  • Approval of refunds requires explicit written consent from StrategyTab management

Mutual Terms Agreement

Service Non-Delivery

If StrategyTab fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, and both parties agree that a refund is appropriate.

Mutual Cancellation

If both StrategyTab and the client mutually agree to cancel the engagement before service delivery begins, subject to administrative fees.

Force Majeure Events

In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond either party's control that prevent service delivery, with mutual agreement on resolution.

Service Modification

If significant changes to the agreed service scope require mutual renegotiation of terms, including potential partial refunds.
